Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this Competition is Stat Mate Pty Ltd ACN 673 104 517 of Level 12, 300 Flinders Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3008 (Promoter or StatMate). Contact: support@statmate.com.au.

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the following competition (for the purpose of these Terms, referred to as the Competition run for the Competition Period):

Competition starts Wednesday, 26 August 2026 at 11:00am AEST and ends Sunday, 6 September 2026 at 5.00pm AEST.

  1. Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms. Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

  2. The Competition is open to all entrants who:

  • are 18 years of age or over;

  • are QLD, NSW, VIC, WA, SA, ACT, TAS or NT residents;

  • have a StatMate account;

  • comply with these Terms; and

  • are not management, employees or agents of the Promoter or its related entities (or immediate family members of such people) or of retailers or agencies associated with this Competition,

Eligible Entrants

  1. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must hold a valid StatMate account (whether opened before or during the Competition Period) and, during the Competition Period, opt in to the Competition by accepting these Terms and selecting "Enter Now" (or equivalent function) within the StatMate app or website. Each Eligible Entrant who satisfies the entry requirement will receive one (1) entry into the Competition (each, an Entry).

  2. Each Eligible Entrant may only receive one Entry into the Competition, regardless of the number of times they select “Enter Now” (or equivalent function) during the Competition Period.

  3. An Entry will be deemed to be accepted at the time the Eligible Entrant successfully opts in by accepting these Terms and selecting “Enter Now” (or equivalent function) within the StatMate app or website.

  4. The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any lost, late or misdirected Entries.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to deem any irregular, incomprehensible and incomplete Entries or any Entries that do not comply with these Terms, as invalid (Invalid Entries).

  6. Invalid Entries cannot win a Prize.

  7. Selection of the winners (Prize Draw) will be randomly drawn using Microsoft Excel’s RAND formula on Monday 7 September 2026 at 12.00pm AEST. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at 12/300 Flinders Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

  8. At each Prize Draw the Promoter will review the drawn Entry to confirm that it is not an Invalid Entry (Valid Entry). If any drawn Entry is an Invalid Entry, a further entrant will be drawn and reviewed in the same manner. The Prize Draw ends once all Valid Entries are identified.

  9. The Eligible Entrant whose name is the first Valid Entry identified in the Prize Draw wins the prize (Prize Winner).

  10. Eligible Entrants do not need to be present at the Prize Draw to win the Prize.

  11. The Prize Winner will be contacted directly by StatMate’s Customer Service Team by email and/or phone within two (2) business days (Melbourne) of the Prize Draw. If the Prize Winner does not respond to the Promoter's attempt to contact them, or does not accept the Prize, within 24 hours of the Promoter first making contact with them (whether by email or phone), or is found to be ineligible or an Invalid Entry, the Prize Winner will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms or determine that the Prize will not be awarded.

  12. The Prize is two (2) Tier 2 tickets to the NFL game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams, being held in Melbourne, Australia on Friday, 11 September 2026 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, with each ticket valued at approximately $700 AUD, and a total ticket value of approximately $1,400 AUD (Prize). Travel and accommodation are not included in the Prize and are the Prize Winner's own responsibility.

  13. The tickets will be issued electronically to the Prize Winner's nominated email address. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner to ensure their contact details provided to the Promoter are accurate and up to date in order to receive the Prize.

  14. Prizes are not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable nor redeemable for cash (including any unused portion).

  15. This Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants who act at all times in good faith, sincerely, and without fraud. Any entrant or Entry that the Promoter suspects, in its discretion, to be in breach of these Terms or attempting to gain an unfair advantage over other competitors (e.g. by the use of technology) will not be eligible.

  16. This Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants whose StatMate account is not at any time during the Competition Period closed or suspended.

General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Competition at any time throughout the Competition Period without notice.

  • The decisions of the Promoter are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process.

  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of their rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  • By entering the Competition, all entrants consent to the use by the Promoter of their username for publicity and commercial purposes in connection with the Competition and/or the Promoter’s products and services, in any media and for an infinite period, without further compensation. This includes but is not limited to use on TV, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, radio, print, display advertising, website and social media channels, and the Promoter’s blog and website.

  • The prizes (or any part thereof) are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Entry to the Competition is free, but entrants are responsible for any costs imposed by their internet service or other technology providers.

  • The Promoter may prohibit any person’s participation in this Competition, cancel or suspend the Prize (or part thereof) if the Promoter considers that the entrant has behaved in a way which may diminish its name or reputation, is in bad faith, is designed to gain an unfair advantage, is fraudulent, is otherwise contrary to law or these Terms, or is otherwise inappropriate.

  • Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this Competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

  • If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition.

  • If the NFL game subject to this Competition is postponed, rescheduled, cancelled or the venue is changed for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter will not be responsible for any resulting costs or losses.

  • Eligible Entrants must ensure any personal information provided in their Entry and/or to the Promoter is accurate, complete and up to date. All personal information collected by the Promoter to conduct the Competition will be collected and held in accordance with StatMate’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.statmate.com.au/privacy-policy.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter (and the prize suppliers) will not be liable for any loss or damage an entrant or winner suffers as a result of participating in this Competition (including the Prize), unless caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

  • The Prize Winner and any guest must comply with the venue's terms and conditions, including any entry, security or behavioural requirements, and any terms imposed by the ticket supplier. If entry is refused, or the Prize Winner or their guest is removed from the venue for failing to comply with these requirements, the Promoter is not responsible for providing a replacement prize, compensation or reimbursement.
